Mango smoothie, sipping it now. 3/4 c fresh mango, a little plain yogurt (about 75gm), 2/3 cup skim milk, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Great for hot weather.0

A bacon, swiss, and caramelized onion burger on whole wheat/ 2.5 cups of steamed broccoli/a serving of greek yogurt with a carbmaster yogurt mixed in.0

Tossed salad with light ranch dressing, 1/3 of a Haas avocado and some boiled shrimp. YUM.0

Nothing to really brag about. 1 can of smoked oysters, 6 cheese crackers with peanut butter, 44 oz of water. Tonight will be much healthier. Planning for fresh Asparagus, Broccolli, and 2 cups of skim milk. This should round off my 1200 calorie goal just right.0

Kraft - Shredded Mozarella Cheese, 1/8 cup
Generic - Chocolate Chip Cookies - Medium, 2 cookie

1.5 cups of california blend veggies steamed, with a small slice of velveeta melted on top, a cup of cantelope and a half an english muffin wtih peanut butter. Orange/Tangerine Mio Water on the side.0

1 slice of gluten free oatmeal bread (toasted) w/ a TBSP of homemade cherry preserves (no sugar or fake sugars added)0 -
Leftover Italian Ham (3oz), Basmati rice cooked in chicken stock (.5 cup), broccoli rabe sautteed in olive oil and garlic and two pieces of swiss orange chocolate.... 560 calories later... YUM!0

Ten ounces of applewood smoked chicken. 2 catsup packets on two slices of Sara lee 45 calorie bread. 360 cals of goodness.0

I'm going to have baby spinach, carrots, sun dried tomatoes, avocado, red onion, currants, flax seeds, and organic ranch dressing on my salad today..I'm pretty excited0
