I'm from Edinburgh, might be moving to the west coast this year (job willing!). Anyone else?

    No. But my husband and I are addicts of M.C. Beaton and her Hamish MacBeth series, which is set in the Scottish highlands. We would love to go there someday. And we talk to our children in horribly mangled Scottish accents for fun sometimes :)

    Hi and welcome ,yes I'm from Scotland grew up on the West coast of Scotland and have lived here in the States for 25 years now.

    I am not from Scotland..But my dad is from Edinburgh. He has lived in the US since 1983:):):):).....

    I hope someday I can visit Scotland and meet my whole family over there!!!!

    I might be going to uni in Ayr next year - well, it's either Edinburgh or Ayr, but apparently the Ayr campus is nicer. Loooong commute though! ;-P
