    Please add me. I know I've had bad luck with this before but I was dealing with an ankle sprain and I'M BACK AND READY TO ROCK. 80 miles this month please.

    Sunday- 9 miles
    Monday- 2 miles
    Tuesday (Today)- 6 miles

    Only about 1 mile today doing an activity on campus. I plan to run a 5K route tomorrow using C25K, so that will up my mileage a bit!

    Hi Coor.. Slightly reluctant to ask to be added, as I seem to get a minor injury everytime I post to this thread. But hey ho, here goes.

    I'm building back up from zero, so need to take it slow this month. Can you put me down for 45 m this month, if I'm not too late to join?

    This week I've done:

    1.5 m on Tues
    2 m on Thurs
    2 m on Fri.

    5.5m in total.
