Okay, so I found this really awesome cleanse and it worked so well I just have to share it! Here is what you do:
1) get naked
2) turn on shower and get in
3) get all lathery all over and rinse well
4) TADAAAAAA! You have just successfully completed Mallory Knox's super dooper master cleanse!

Your instructions were unclear. Is this a one time cleanse that is done daily for a week and just to kick start my health and then that's it or does this have to be done every day for the rest of my life? I am not sure that it is a healthy cleanse to do for extended periods of time and I'm questioning your bro science.

I dunno... I pretty much classify as a biohazard after the gym. I turn my concert tees grey. I'm pretty sure I'm at least toxic to SOMETHING. Probably nose hair.0 -

This really works. I weighed before and after the cleanse and Im down 5lbs. Of course It may be the 800cals Ive been eating each day. Maybe If I increase to 900cals I will lose more next time.0

OHHH.... you mean water WAIT! That is when the person who cleansed before you cleansed for too long causing you to have to "wait" for the water to get warm again!0
