I decided chewing was far too challenging, so threw miscellaneous items into a blender.
The end result was a banana, peanut butter, almond butter, avocado, spinach, kale, Greek yogurt, strawberry, and blueberry smoothie. It was edible!0 -

I had 2 1/2 servings of egg white substitute with half an onion, garlic, chili powder, a pinch of flaxseed meal, and butter made from yogurt on Sarah Lee's 45 calorie bread.0

Greek yogurt with PB2.
Hummus wrap made with Light Flat Out Bread, black bean hummus from Whole Foods, sliced red pepper, spinach, and a little smoked mozzarella. I put it in the microwave for a few seconds. Yum.0 -
Going to have a big protein shake with banana and mixed berries.0
