My personal goal today is to finish my 40 miles for June, which is more walking then I usually do.:ohwell: I think I will split it up throughout the day.
After today I am setting a new goal for the end of this challenge. Hum, I have to think about it alittle yet.

I think we are all reassessing out targets and either adding or droping a few miles here and there. I think next month we will all have a better idea of our expectations. I think it might be better to set ourselves little weekly targets, that way we can't put off this week what we can do next week , and so on.
Of course summer holidays are coming up soon, so many will probably need to drop a week here and there.
What I would like this Sunday is your totals for the month so far please, along with your new target/goal if you have altered it.
Then I can put up a list (if thats ok) so we can all see how well we are doing and encourage each other for the final push.
Our monthly challenge will officially finish on Tuesday 13th July (so we've all go an extra day)
I think then next month starting Wednesday 14th of July we will run for 4 weeks finishing on Tuesday 10th Aug ( I go on holiday the next day) so someone or all of you will need to take over the thread for a couple of weeks. Nice !!0 -
I got one of my new dvd's in the mail today so I had to try it out. Did the 4 mile super challenge.
And Rob we'll miss you cheering us on but I'm sure we can all keep it going until you get back. I would hate to stop after the first month.0 -
Got in 2 miles of the 4 mile express. I am going to try to get some more walking in later.
Tomorrow is my day off from the 30 Day Shred so I'll get some extra miles in in the morning.
If I keep on cuddling the baby after work I don't think I'll make my goal!0 -

WOO HOO I made my 40 mile goal for June! It was hard today. I had to double what I usually walk to get there. But I did it! Almost couldn't get myself out the door after supper after sitting down for awhile. But my hubby encouraged me and even went along. And of course the dog who is my everyday walking buddy.
Tomorrow I start with a new goal to finish out our Challenge.0 -

Setting my new goal for the Challenge ending on July 13th.
I think I pushed alittle too hard yesterday and now I have to take a day off from walking completely. So for the remainder of the challenge I cut it down just a bit. Most likely I will go over.

And what's really nice is that they do not ask for your credit card info and if you forget to cancel they don't automatically renew on you! It's kind of a cool site but I don't know if I'm going to pay or not--yet.

Almost to my goal which is SO exciting!:drinker:
I am NOT going to up my goal for this month because of vacation next week and not really sure how much walking I will get in with family down.
JULY 14 challenge however I will be going for 75 miles, just moving up slowly...

I'm in for next month. I'm keeping my 30 mile target, it's been tough and I'm not sure if I'll hit it this month....but I'll keep working on it. I have till July 13th to finish. Then the new month starts on the 14th. This is a great motivator.0

Hi All! I would love to join this challenge. Is this strictly walking with Leslie Sansone dvd's? I love her walking dvd's!! They are very motivational and time goes by quickly with her before you know it you've done the entire dvd. Is it too late to join????
