For me it's about having people on my list that motivate me, if they're not active on the site then they are of no use to me on MFP.0

I delete all the time...no regrets...
Except the few times I come crawling back to the people I deleted...
Next time....NEXT TIME Tyler...just think Taylor Swift...
We're never ever getting back together.....EVER...
plus Dani would kick my *kitten*.0 -
I delete all kinds of people for all kinds of reasons.0

^ an excellent policy. keeps everyone on their toes.0 -
I never delete, I'm a collector.
I'm a collectee.0 -
I guess about 2 weeks or if they just don't have anything interesting to say...that gets the axe too. Hate when people add me then never say a word. By nature, clutter makes me crazy Lol. So a friend's list cluttered with people who never say a word is more than I can handle ;-)0

Binge and purge. A friending disorder.0

I don't delete people with eating disorders because I want to help them on their journey to getting well. since I am working on mine and have supportive friends it's a huge help. I did have a girl delete me thnking my goals / posts were meaningless. I was focusing on eating more and kicking under eating to the curb.0

I tend to get deleted far more than I delete. I go through phases here... Sometimes I'm really active - really good at logging and being incredibly supportive... but then I get into a funk and might make a comment here or there, but not too much. So I get the boot. I'll delete if they haven't been on in a month or two, but I honestly don't check to see who has and hasn't logged in.0

About 6 months of not being on MFP at all, except for those I know in real life or have posted why they can't post.0

I normally just wait for people to delete me; they just cannot handle the underwhelming jokes, obscure references, and general lack of entertainment that accompanies being on my list.....0

For me it's not about interaction, it's about lifting. If I find out you haven't lifted in more than three days0

I boot people who hit the red if they haven't posted a reason on their page why they are MIA.0

After a week I usual delete ! I also delete drama queens and people that have absolutely have no interaction!! I am here to give support but also like a bit of support in return ! If I have talking to the person that hasn't logged in a while and I know them a bit more I will keep them but if they are a newbie and then fall off the planet they are gone !0

I keep my freind list exclusively women because it's embarassing enough to show them the "skeletons" in my daily food diary. They are all really funny and supportive.
I have deleted one girl because she was bragging about losing weight when she was underweight.0 -
I delete people who don't log, no matter who they are. I periodically do list cleanups. If we haven't interacted in a week, deleted. If they are sweet to me, hilarious, or gorgeous, I have been known to make exceptions0
