I'm Here, MFP!

Hi I'm Zach! I've gone on many lifestyle changes in the past but always seem to fall out of it after a month or so. Ive decided to get back into it with the push from a friend who said MFP is very helpful...especially when you've got the support of other members. This time I WILL make my goal, I WILL NOT give up! I usually teeter around 235-240, but this past year, I found myself up to 280. This prompted immediate action. I got myself down to 255, but wasn't able to sustain the drive to continue. The lowest I've been was 215, which can be seen in one of my pictures. I'd love some MFPals, so befriend me!
