    Great work!! I wish I had taken before pics when I started on here. We're almost at the same point. I'm 5'3, started on here at 186 and down to 156 as of today with trying to get down to 140.

    AWESOME job!!! I am 5'3 as well. I just started MFP in Jan. So I am fairly new. My starting weight was 190.8. I am 179.2 now!! YAY! My first goal is to reach 169 by the end of April. However, my "healthy" goal is 140 but my ultimate goal will be 125. For now im just focusing on 140. Only 39.2 pounds to go!!

    I saw your workout routine. Just curious to know if you stuck to specific food choices during that time.
