Hey Everyone.... I am starting a 16 week challenge. I know 16 weeks is kind of a long challenge most are 6 10 and 12 weeks. The reason I am at a 16 week challenge is because in 16 weeks I will be getting on a plane to cabo...

I would love to rock a new bikini and a much smaller me in Cabo this year.... My husband is doing p90x and is in great shape but I just want to be there by his side on our vacation looking my best....

In 16 weeks I won't be at my goal weight of 130 pounds but I want to lose as much weight and inches as possible before this trip.... I have been working out and eating clean for the past week and I lost 3 pounds.... I have 16 more weeks to go...

If anyone would like to join me on this journey over the next 16 weeks I would love the support and motivation and it could be fun making some friends and keeping each other accountable...:)

If you want to join me just post your numbers and every we can post our success every other Saturday (if you want too) So the next weigh in and measurements will be on June 19th....

Starting today the 16 week challenge......

Weight -- 203

Measurements (in inches)--- 38 Waist
45 Hips
39 Chest
27 Right and Left thigh
14 Right and Left Arm

    My weight on june 1st was 236. (I will check my wt on Monday and post it as my starting wt here)

    Again how does this challenge work. Other than checking in every other Saturdays how do we motivate each other. i would like to know what you guys are doing to lose weight. This is my 6th week of slim in six and I do that with 30mins on the treadmill. I plan on doing 30D shred next

    I tried to send you a message the last week but my computer internet went down after typing long message so I hadn't had the time to com back and respond...

    Thanks for joining me on my 16 week challenge.... I will be doing my weigh 1st weigh in and measurements check up (after two weeks) to see how I am progressing....

    Feel free to come on and give us an update on how you are doing with your on this challenge .... i would love to hear about your success and if you need any support or Motivation I am here for you...

    I have been to the gym almost everyday from the past 14 days.... i missed one day, since I wasn't feeling well and I think my body was a little burnt out....

    My goal is to be down at least 4-5 pounds since the start so 2.5 pounds a week.... I have been really working out hard and eating healthy and just trying to remember to take one day at a time.....

    All hard work will eventually pay off :)

    Checking in....

    With 2.5 weeks in I am happy to report that my numbers are looking good... I lost 8 pounds and 4 total inches.... my waist is still the same size but I am putting in the work and I know it will pay off.... Keep it up everyone... I have 13.5 weeks until my cabo trip and I am excited...

    Looking good... Keep it up... Everyday is one more day closer to our goal so if we put in the work then we will be rewarded :) It will pay off .

    I have been really working hard in the gym and even though I am a little tired I am feeling stronger everyday.... Just trying my best to get every minute of burn in that I can.... I even stop working during the day to get in 5-10 min during my break time to do squats and push ups.... Every calorie burned counts... :)
