    i use two different ones. Muscle milk the pre-made and the powder chocolate. I also use EAS BY ABBOT Soy protein powder.
    cheap and effective.

    I usually use MetRx Vanilla Whey. It's 100 calories for 23g protein. It tastes pretty good and has a nice texture/mixes well.

    But I really want to try Trutein Pumpkin Pie flavor. Just can't afford it right now. But I need it.

    I've tried (and love) the Double Chocolate and Rocky Road. Just ordered the Mocha Cappucino so we'll see how that one is soon :D
