I just want to trim a little extra off my sides and be less of a tube and have more curve.. I DON'T need to have a 6 pack.. I DON'T need to be stick thin. All I want is to be able to wear a bikini at the beach and not look unacceptable.
I'm currently dieting and doing the 30 day shred as well as personal training twice a week... are there any programs or specific ways I can use to help myself get where I want to be?

I find your current curves both lovely and acceptable!
My advice would be to eat only a moderate deficit to loose weight slowly, that way you'll preserve your muscle mass and loose more inches in the end. Keep in mind that you can't spot reduce your fat, though. It will come off wherever it feels like it.
Keep up the resistance training! You've made an excellent start.0 -
Find your calorie intake and start there.
