Hi there i have been doing the 30day shred for the past 9 days and am loving it but i am also doing 2 nights a week of 2 hour roller derby training sessions. so far i have lost 21kilos since august last year. I have found since starting the 30day shred i am almost constantly hungry i am i am eating 1300cals a day. i drink about 2.5 l- 3 litres of water a day aswel . i am trying to work out if it is normal to feel like that or do i need to up my kcals. would just really really not feel like i am starving all the time

It really does work. I have had to up my cals for the same reason - to fuel my weight lifting.
It took nearly two weeks, but now the scales are moving again. If I stall again I shall be moving up the cals not down.0 -
I have to admit i am a little apprehensive about it but its got to be better than feeling like you are starving and all you can think about is eating or raiding the fridge and eating the contents . and grouchy to the max0
