Unfortunately I think a lot of us can relate to that one!! I started losing a bit of weight prior to that, but this past year post separation/divorce gave me that added incentive! The first few months were the hardest, I had absolutely zero appetite, and forced myself to eat "something" just to get through the day - that period ended, and then I had to make the decision to continue on the path so I could be healthy for ME.0 -

I feel and look more miserable now than I ever have. About 4 years ago I went from 174 to 150 and looked and felt pretty good, so I know 150 will work, but 140 would be fabulous!0
