    Please include me I have 20 - 30 lb to go (down 60 so far) it gets harder and harder the closer you get to your goal.
    Losing on the average 1 - 1 1/2 lb. per week - guess I shouldn't complain, better than the scales going the opposite
    direction.

    Count me in. Total goal is 40- 50 but 20 puts me well on my way. Been working out but the eating in evening has been my struggle. Any help would be great.
