no loss and it been a month!
i work out 6 days a week 1hr every time.
i follow the recommended cal intake per day
try to eat what they suggest in terms of fat, carbs etc

Have you been taking any other measurements at all? Lost any inches on your waist etc?0

Im stuck too!! I ve lost 85 pounds..suddenly last month I stopped losing and still haven't lost anything..people told me to try upping my calories a little and doing different exercises than usual..Im on week 2 and still nothing..I guess your body decides its time to take a break..I havent reached my goal yet..about 38 pounds away..good luck and let me know if you figure it out.0

yes i have lost inches.. let me clarify.. i started WW in jan and lost 9 lbs.. then i started MFP along side of WW.. i prefer MFP.
seems like my body is stuck.. i do gain and extra 550 a day due to working out.. i guess i should try eating a fee extra calories..0
