Costco berry smoothie. I think they put strawberries, rasp/blueberries, and maybe some milk?

I've also had it with strawberries/raspberries, and that's super good too.

1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (depends where I am for the day in my macros)
    115g cottage cheese
    2 TB cocoa
    1.5 TB peanut butter
    2-3 packets splenda
    about 10 ice cubes
    half cup water

    BLEND!

Like drinking a Reese's cup! Great for after some tough cardio.
    400 cal 16g C - 19g F - 51g P

Really, the 1-2 scoops protein powder + cottage cheese + ice + water is a great base to add lots of stuff to
instant coffee + cocoa powder for mocha frappe, is another favorite...

I'm doing the Young and Raw 30 day smoothie challenge so I'm told every day what to put it in. But I like them everyday so that's OK. I look forward to get my email to tell me what to put in it.

    Green Tropical Smoothie:

    1 C tropicana 50
1 Yoplait greek frozen yogurt (vanilla)
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 C frozen fruit mix with some tropical fruit like mango or pineapple
    generous handful of spinach
    water if necessary

    Kale Berry Smoothie:

    1 C frozen mixed berries
    1 C berry kefir
    2-3 kale leaves
    tbsp flax (optional)
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    Stevia if desired
    1 to 1 1/2 C water to taste
Blend this one really well because kale is hard to break down. This one is also good with a little wheat grass.
