Getting back in the game!!

Hey everyone! I have been using the mobile app for a while but keep falling off the wagon so to speak, and a friend of mine told me the actual site was much easier to use :) So here i am.

I struggle a lot with my weight as i am sure many of you have. I have my wedding in just under 3 months and now I am trying to buckle down on my weight loss and increasing my fitness level. I hope that with using the site i can get the motivation to make my goal.

    You've got this. Take it one day at a time, and don't beat yourself up over a bad day... they happen. Logging every day helps make you aware of what you're eating, and the calories in it. It was a huge eye opener for me. Feel free to add me, and good luck.
