Show me your breasts, please?

I would like to see what creations some of you come up with when it comes to chicken breasts. ;)

check out skinnytaste.com for some good chicken breast recipes. I like to grill my chicken because there's minimal clean up =)

Could be worse. I could post a picture of my breasts.
  • Sorry I don't have any pics to post, but I butterfly mine and pound them flat, -(sounds painful, huh?) season them with S&P, fill them with spinach, and mozzarella cheese, close them with a tooth pick and then bake. I've also filled them with mozzarella and diced turkey pepperoni and served them with spaghetti squash with creamed spaghetti sauce. (Just add some 1/3 less fat cream cheese to you sauce).

Soak your breasts overnight with this poultry brine and grill :

    No financial interest.

    Click on the "poultry brine"

The best brine for chicken that I have tried.

I smear mine with low cal mayo and then roll them in instant potato flakes. :flowerforyou:

True. Then put them on a tray, and into a preheated oven 400F (200 Celsius) for half an hour.

Nice to do white fish fillets like this too although lower the heat for maybe 15 mins.

I think breasts taste just fine without mayo and potato flakes.

Not big on white meat. More a dark meat fan.
