Add the recipe! Are you on an iPhone or iPod? If so:
- Go to "More" (bottom right)
- "Edit Foods & Exercises"
- "My Recipes"
- Press the blue "+" box (top right)
- Create your recipe! For "Serves how many people?" I'd say how many pancakes it made.
If on the computer:
- Go to "Food" tab
- "Recipes"
- "Enter New Recipe" under "Try Our New Recipe Calculator" (right, above the ad)0 -
Thanks so much !!0

I just made the op's recipe but substituted half a cup of oat flour (rolled oats pulverized in a food processor) and they are delicious. I also substituted agave syrup for the sweetener. I topped mine with more yogurt and fresh berries.
I love the apple cinnamon yogurt idea! What do you serve on yours? I'd like to see if I can get my kids to eat these without tons of syrup.0 -

I make a similar pancake batter with 1 cup oats, 6 oz Greek yogurt (apple cinnamon Chobani is my fave), 6 egg whites, 2tsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla, blended up in a blender. We make them every Thursday for pancake day.
I meant to quote your posting as it is similar to the recipe I made this morning! Thanks for the apple cinnamon tip!0 -

I like pancakes!
Only thing I think I would change is the order of mixing ingredients so as to not over-beat the egg. I'd mix the egg, yogurt, vanilla and sugar together all at once, then fold in the dry ingredients.
I have some homemade huckleberry syrup to try too!0 -
Thanks! That's gone straight into my recipe folder. Will be trying them in the morning.Hope they're good0

Modded recipe with the same measurements of:
Gluten-free flour
Almond-coconut milk
and a tbsp of Nectresse
I didn't use any vanilla, but a dash of salt is definitely necessary.0 -
hope this works out well for the cooking impaired.0
