Space-themed Food Ideas?

I posted in the fun & games forum, but I think this is probably a better place for it.

I'd like to throw a Yuri's Night party on April 12th, and am looking for some fun space-themed food and drink recipes that are healthy and easy to make.

I could probably find some vegetables and cheeses to cut into star shapes, but I want to do more than that. Any suggestions? Is anyone else throwing or participating in a Yuri's Night party?

:glasses: :drinker: :glasses:

Rocket ice lollys, you can buy them or buy the mould and fill it will juice to make the lolly.

Just creat your own cocktail or fruit punch and give it a spce themed name , also you can buy space food which could be quite fun

    Yeah, TANG!

I think you also need something that is coloured bright green!

I'm honestly not sure what you could do about all the food--just cook things and give them space-related names or something, I guess. Cut them into shapes....

Dehydrated astronaut foods, perhaps? Not very appetising, but might be funny.

Hubby wants Dippin Dots. Expensive, but you CAN have a bucket of them delivered. Should be interesting.

Take a cookie-cutter and cut out star (or moon)-shaped cheese and sausage! Served with Ritz crackers of course.

Bright yellow cake balls for the sun (or planets if you're artsy).

    Tang! Absolutely!

    Rocket-shaped cake

Mmmm... dehydrated ice cream sandwich. Yes, I admit it, I looked to see how much it would be to get some delivered to the UK when I got a craving several months back. A tad too pricey.

    *bump*

So far, it looks like I will just be cutting meat, cheese and veggies into starry shapes. I guess that'll do...
