I feel like I am watching my life, like a movie... I don't feel alive. What is wrong with me?

    either,

    a) you're not alive and you're watching a movie,

    or,

    b) you might be depressed and should mention this to your doctor.

    I am gonna say some sort of depression is going on....I live it everyday so I kinda know what you might mean....maybe you aren't in control of things anymore and it feels like things are happening to you instead good things happening, maybe you aren't putting out a lot of effort, no fight left in you? Maybe none of this is right but whatever it is I recommend seeing you doc sooner rather than later and even checking into counseling...remember there is no shame in getting help
