Hi everyone!
My name is Jana and I'm 18 years old (19 in OCT). And I've gained all my weight back since I lost it 2.5 years ago. I've been looking for a place to track what I've doing, to give me somewhere to look at what I've lost and a community to talk to about my issues and maybe give some help as well! I like to help.
I'm a dairy farmer.. all this info you can find on my page I guess?
I am actually looking for a diet to follow if anyone has ideas.. I guess there is a forum section dedicated to that.. I haven't fully looked around yet..
I like to talk, although I do get rather busy / tired with work. So sometimes I'll be slow at replying. xD

Hi and welcome to MFP. I started myself in 2008 but didnt keep up with it... now i am starting again.. you need to basically calculate your calories and try to stick to your resolve, although its easier said than done.... so lets work together in losing weight and keep a target 9of losing 5 pounds a month0

5pounds works out to be around 2kg. Hopefully I should be able to do that.

I also fell off the wagon. I had lost 10kgs within a year. Kept it off for around 2.5 years then yeah..

welcome and good luck! If you've done it before you can definitely do it again. I've never dieted before so am learning every day. Feeling stronger, fitter and healthier is a great motivation.
