How to prevent loose skin?

I've lost 55 pounds so far... I'm wanting to lose another 30 to 40. I am now going to start adding more weight training into my workout but are there any vitamins I should be taking as well....or certain oils???

Best things you can do to prevent loose skin (although a lot of it has to do with your own genetics and skin elasticity):
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Lift weights
3. Lose slowly.0 -

I agree with what she^ said! I still have a ways to go but i think it has a lot to do with genetics! I have been big most of my post military-adult days so i think i am a little more firm than most people at my height and weight!0 -
