Did you only have a little to lose?

My weight has stayed the same for 7...yes 7 months!
I feel like I look a lot different...
just keep taking pictures. I'm sure you're making progress!!

Depends on your goals... previously I lost over 15kg and went from 25% bf to 10%. Going from say 25% to 15% was relatively easy and those first 10kg dropped off. Going from 15% to 10% was a lot harder and required more focus and sacrifice. For me it was fine as I was truly commited and motivated... so you just have to keep your eye on the prize and keep focused on your goals!

It's obvious you've gained muscle--can tell your arms are more defined. Looking good!
