Hi,
So I've eaten plenty today but I'm fighting that urge to eat!! Water isn't cutting it and I just finished a green apple! Any advice, already took my break..........

Tea? Coffee? Diet drink (if you drink those)? Sometimes having something with some sort of taste helps.0

I usually drink some no sugar added hot chocolate. I make sure it's really hot too so it takes longer to drink.
Work sucks. At least it's Friday!0 -
if I want something other than just regular water I'll go to coffee... but I drink mine black...0
