Stick to my goal when ill?

Hi all,

I'm currently at 1200 calories a day just to get back into the diet frame of mind, then ill up it by 100 or 2.. I'm currently under the weather with a cold and chest infection. Should I continue to stick to my goal or eat a bit more to get my body back on track? Thanks in Advance!

    Try to stick with it as much as you can. I currently have bronchitis and going about a month of being sick. And I've tried to stick with it but its been hard. Especially when ice cream makes your throat feel better.

    Try to stick close to it; however, make the food count, nutrition wise. Make sure your meals pack a lot of nutrients.
