Funny - I just had my favorite healthy snack. A small granny smith apple with one tbsp. of natural peanut butter. I slice the apple and put a little peanut butter on each slice. I usually have it in the afternoon because it hold me over for dinner.
It has 150 calories 20 carbs and 8 fat grams!
Another favorite is 2 hard boiled egg whites (no yolk) filled with 2 oz hummus. It's a little higher in calories but it is very filling.
It has 190 calories 8 carbs and 12 fat grams. (you could cut it back and only fill it with 1 oz of hummus)0 -
Salt and vinegar rice cakes! They're amazing and good for times when you just want something to pick at - watching films, long journeys etc. The wholemeal ones are only 28 calories each!0

Some really easy, yummy, and surprisingly filling snacks can be veggies with your favorite dip (I like low-fat ranch and a lot of people here love hummus) and fruit! I like apples with peanut butter to help get a protein boost. You can also do something like grapes and a wedge of laughing cow cheese.
Really, almost any veggie or fruit. Bananas are a personal favorite.
I also like to have some trail mix on hand. Almonds, or another favorite nut is good too.
Pretzels
Lately I've been making some kind of muffin (last week was blueberry banana, next week will be pumpkin) that freezes well and then I can just pop it in my lunch bag and it's thawed out by the time I'm ready for it. If I've been good I can spread some nutella or them.
I'm sure there's a ton more that I eat on a regular basis that I just can't remember.0 -
It's more like a treat, but I love Skinny-Cows mint ice cream sandwiches.0

Low fat yoghurt or low fat custard cups
Vitaweats with vegemite (yep, I'm Australian :P)
20g (about 10-15nuts) of cashews
Slice of cheese on a wholegrain cracker
Weetbix with jam (jelly) on top
Pikelet
Just tried to list a few that weren't already there :flowerforyou:0 -
OH! How could I forget?? My personal favorite as of late:
Light & Fit vanilla yogurt with fresh blueberries and plain granola.
SO GOOD and only a little over 100 calories.0 -
Laughing Cow Light Swiss spread on strawberry halves. (I have a whole grain allergy and white just isnt healthy so I find other things to spread stuff on) I also like apples slices and peanut butter0

i've been trying to keep snacks at 100calories each and have found nutella 20g single serves to be pretty satisfying, just have to make sure i only take one with me to work

I love hummus and PB like the rest, but I can't have a full container...because I will EAT the whole container lol
I like Veggies and dip or light dressing, good, expensive fruits like pinapple, mango, berries, ect. Pretzals and honey mustard, microwaved popcorn, light, with seasoning on top. Whips yogurt is great, sorbet, as you can see...I like snacks LOL0
