Chocolate cake - no control, at all...I banned it from my house...i'm sure my husband hates me.0

Staying on track. I have been on here for 2 months and I'm starting to slip! At first I could ignore any food I wanted to but now they are calling me! Chocolate.... yep, that's the worst one! And I just want to snack, snack, snack on whatever! Help! LOL0

Ice cream, chocolate, long island iced teas, margaritas, chips and salsa....

I'm a carboholic. And have a sweet tooth. I don't mean i'm stuffing my face with cake and candy, which i dont really enjoy, but its more like all i want to eat is bowls of cereal and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.0

What's the biggest weakness in your diet or lifestyle? Mine is the fact that I have way too much fun on the weekends. Basically undoes a good chunk of the hard work I put in from mon-fri. Would I change anything? Nope.
Exactly the same. But if I couldn't splash out on the weekends I would have given up long ago. Two steps forward and one step back is still progress0 -
chips and salsa. chips and dips. Ultimately the wife. When she wants something to eat, I say ok. Where it is eating out, pizza or wants me to cook something.
I cut back on beer some time ago.0 -

Definitely booze. Specifically wine and beer. When I go through my vodka phases I don't undo any progress (except not making it to the gym day after!) but beer and wine make me retain massive bloat!!! Time to call up my good friend the Goose again! :drinker:0

Craft beer is my kryptonite. All of this was much easier when I only drank Beck's 640

As i am maintaining i have 400 cal deficit all week so i can splurge on weekends...maintenance appears to be more tricky for me.0

No diet weaknesses. Never had a problem with food.
Lifestyle weakness: sleeping too much. Keeps me from getting as much done as I could. Also, being an extreme night owl keeps me from getting certain things done, since the rest of the world works on normal daylight time. Activities are limited at midnight.0 -
Exercise. I do it. Do I love it..NOPE. Thought I would be one of those people that say they never realized how much they loved to exercise until they started doing it and it makes them feel so good....NOPE not me. I hate it. Every freaking minute of it..lol. The food change has been easy (surprisingly!). The exercise I have to force. I really dont want to be lazy!!!!0

my folks...I have my meals all planned ahead but there's just some nights that Dad offers pizza or Taco Bell and I just can't resist!0

Doritos, salt and vinegar chips, cookies, wine, beer, the endless chips and salsa at Mexican restaurants, Sprite, Reese's peanut butter cups, and CAKE. Cake is my biggest weakness of them all!0
