    It reminds me of "Quark," which was fed to me by some delightful German climbers I went on a trip with. They called it "an edible substance." It seemed like a dry cheese mix that you make into patties and cook like pancakes. Tasty!

    These ARE amazing I just wonder could you use baking powder to reduce the sodium ,,,,not sure if that would work ??

    To answer my own question ...yes I made this morning with the powder instead of the soda works just as good ...Amazing pancakes !
