I bought the book, but I have no idea of how to put together the workouts. I know about the chart page, etc., but how do I know which exercises to do in which stage, etc. I am completely clueless. Can someone help? Does anyone have a link or want to share their workout pages with me so I have something to start from? Any help would be great!!!
