My boyfriend and I go out to eat about 2x per week. No way I'm giving that up, though. So I just make the room for it in my diary. :-)0

Timing.
When I can plan and eat my meals on and workout on schedule things go perfectly. On boring days the birds sing, bells ring & all is right in my little world. lol...
But when life happens and lunch is hours late or I eat out (I always eat pretty disgustingly clean even when out) or I am up extra late I end up overly hungry at the end of the day. On those occasions I may or may not have calories left but I really don't want to be eating late at night. But it does happen on occasion. This kind of thing makes me feel out of control & I don't like that.0 -
Ice Cream! With summer around the corner I crave it pretty much every night after dinner, and froyo just isn't the same as soft serve in a sugar cone! I found a few great recipes for homemade sorbet so I am going to try to kill the craving with that!0

Fridays. I always mess it up on Fridays.
Its been the same since the day I started, and a bugger cuz i weigh in on a Saturday.
I don't know why, but when I get home and the week is over, i get the munch on.
Fine most Saturdays and Sundays, but Fridays can just go to hell.
I blame the week for my downfall. Has too many days in it.0 -

My biggest weakness? Me. I'm not terribly self-disciplined. I could have dropped the weight a lot faster if I had been, but I'm thankful that I found away to work around my weakness and got myself into shape.0

I work at a dairy queen part time, so it's definitely the ice cream!
If you can achieve your fitness/weight goals while working around ice cream, I fear you, for you have the willpower and drive to rule the world! :laugh:
