More calories but less of carbs and protein

How can I up my calorie intake withour going over my protein, carb and sugar targets?

    It's fine to go over on protein and Fat. Eat nuts, meat, cheese, etc.
  • I wish I had an answer for you but I have the same problem. I'm trying to keep my carbs at 50 or below. Not really worried about sugar or sodium since I don't indulge on those.

    Everyone says I should eat more because I'm eating below 1,000 calories a day and that could be the reason I'm not losing.. You think if I was eating so little in calories that I would be losing weight but I'm not - scale hasn't budged! According to my BMR it says I should be consuming 1450 calories, I find that impossible. If you find the answer, please share!

    By planning ahead for what you'd like your numbers of those things to be. Decide the day before and log it, so you're sure you're hitting your targets.
