More calories but less of carbs and protein

How can I up my calorie intake withour going over my protein, carb and sugar targets?

It's fine to go over on protein and Fat. Eat nuts, meat, cheese, etc.0

I wish I had an answer for you but I have the same problem. I'm trying to keep my carbs at 50 or below. Not really worried about sugar or sodium since I don't indulge on those.
Everyone says I should eat more because I'm eating below 1,000 calories a day and that could be the reason I'm not losing.. You think if I was eating so little in calories that I would be losing weight but I'm not - scale hasn't budged! According to my BMR it says I should be consuming 1450 calories, I find that impossible. If you find the answer, please share!0 -

By planning ahead for what you'd like your numbers of those things to be. Decide the day before and log it, so you're sure you're hitting your targets.0
