Started at 228 Lbs . . .pretty bad!

32 Lbs down. A pic I took for a facebook weight loss group since I didnt have real before picture. The bags I am holding represent the 32 lbs I had lost by then.

At the Braves game 40 lbs down. The super skinny woman next to me is down 29 as well. She keeps up with me in everything I do!

    She is hot either way! THat said, I am amazed at how hard she works to lose weight. The cardio is easy for me, I was a runner in high school, she works her butt off (literally) to do the same workouts that I do.

    That means I would have to buy new shirts. I am waiting until I get to my goal weight before any massive wardrobe changes. I don't want to buy clothes twice in a 6 month period.
