    WOW! I hate to say this, but I have to tell you what I thought. When seeing the first picture I thought you were a man in his 60's. When I saw the weight loss picture, I thought a man in his 30's.

    whoa! congrats - i really like how you said that you're not a runner but you are a cyclist. finding what works for each of us as in individual is so important but maintaining that motivation through the trial and error period can be SO challenging. you're an inspiration!
