This is the second time I have tried this, and after my first week I wasn't as successful as I thought I would be. I know I strayed a little, especially on Friday, but it did work for me before.
Anyone else trying it too?

Hey there
I started WW 2 weeks ago.. I lost 3lbs so far and I find it a good program but way slower then cutting carbs. I would never cut carbs again though because when I did I messed up my metabolism and thyroid and gained every lb back plus more. I think WW takes patience cuz you don't lose it as fast.0 -
I think WW is a good program and it works for millions of people. I joined and reached goal twice - once in my 30's and once in my 20's....
I wish I had kept up with the meetings every week after jlosing the weight. I understnad (I am now in my 50's) that the maintenance plan is much better now.0
