                    Sorry if this has been posted before, I am quite new to the forum. I stumbled across this article and assumed it may be helpful for everyone on here who are looking for good healthy snacks to help them lose weight.
Figured would mention a couple that stood out to me and then post the link below.
5 Olives for 26 calories.
1 Cup of Air-Popped Popcorn for 31 calories.
1 Large Dill Pickle for 8 calories.
1 Apricot is only 17 calories!
10 Grapes are only 35 calories.
1 Peach is 38 calories.
and 1 Plum is only 27 calories.

            thanks for posting! Instead of making lots of low-sugar; sugar free apricot jam this year, I think I will experiment with canning them as I have a tree and get bombarded with apricots every year!0

            most raw veggies are great for quick, easy, low calorie snacks. celery, cucumbers, and baby carrots are all things i take with me to work every day, and i can snack guilt-free on them. celery in particular. a stalk of celery has about 6 calories; i cut eat stalk into three sections, and then in half, so its one calorie/piece.0

            Thanks for posting this!! I am always trying to think of new things I can snack on in work that dosnt have a lot of calories in it!
