cholesterol wow :O

Hey guyz, i keep coming and leaving lose weight and then give up and quickly gain even more than what i started with, but now im alarm but my cholesterol is high so i really need advice on how to stay motivated and bring my cholesterol down ....

    Eat healthier by making more plant based food choices.

    Cut out excess animal products to drop your cholesterol. We make our own cholesterol, and raise that natural cholesterol level when we eat animal products. By cutting some animal products from your daily food intake, your cholesterol will drop.

    Find an exercise you like, join a group that enjoys the same exercise, and stick with it.
