Depends on what I'm using it for.
For smoothies/shakes: ON 100% whey (vanilla ice cream flavor)
For additives to food (I make a MEAN protein pancake): Muscle Milk vanilla. I've found that the better quality protein powders don't work as well when cooked or baked.0 -
body fortress is what I use. Right now I have chocolate but I also realy like cookie n cream , chocolate peanutbutter , and strawberry. I hated the vanilla though I will not be getting that again0

On non-gym days I'll take vanilla Progressive - Harmonized Protein (110cal, 24g protein, 2g carbs, 0g sugar, 0g fat per 30g serving).
On gym days I'll take chocolate Precision - Big Time (235cal, 18g protein, 35g carbs, 2g sugar, 3g fat per per 62.5g serving)
The precision has a pile of supplements which I feel improves my recovery.0 -

I've been using 1 serving Muscletech's Phase 8 with a scoop of whatever hydrolyzed/isolate whey blend I have at the moment for a post-workout. That's either GNC's Wheybolic or a TrueNutrition blend of whey.
I take MusclePharm's casein at night.
I got my Phase 8 and MP Casein at a decent price.
I like ON's stuff also, and TrueNutrition is my go to brand when I can't find any sales.0 -
I use Jay Robb Whey Protein Powder - chocolate & vanilla.
My husband LOVES this stuff - also cold processed which is a plus0 -
I use Iso-Rich Soy by Jarrow Formulas, it is dairy and lactose free, no artificial anything, no artificial flavors, sweeteners or colors0
-
NOW Foods - Whey Protein Isolate - Unflavored0

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70 for me. I'm not vegan or anything, but I am intolerant/allergic to whey. This stuff tastes like dirt but it works well for me. My wife takes Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream and likes it quite a bit. My two little kids actually always want a sip because they just see it as an ice cream shake.0

Nutiva Hemp 15 g......I buy it in 3 pound bags on Amazon and freeze it to save some $$$.0

Promasil Soft Serve Vanilla from GNC. It is the best tasting that I have tried so far. It has 90 calories per scoop, 20 grams protein, and 0 carbs. We have the chocolate one too and its ok. I used Body Fortress and I didn't love it.0
