It's okay, A lot of people gain weight because you're building muscle. More cardio will burn fat.

This is exactly what is happening to me! I have gained 3.8lbs this week since starting the 30DS. I have been so discouraged today (because I weighed today). I am glad I am not the only one this is happening to.

Do you check your scale every day? If you do, and you don't accept the fact that there will be fluctuations on a daily basis, you're in for a roller coaster ride of joy and disappointments.

Okay....MUSCLES WEIGHTS MORE THAN FAT!!!, so its going to show an increase in your scale as your creating muscles and in order to heal your body, your body will retain water and it doesn't matter if it hasn't been, you have switched it to a new thing. Starting anything new will make your body change

I want so bad to push through this time because i know it shapes u so greatly. I just cant get that goal weight out of my head but need to shape things up:)

It's normal, it's water retention from your muscles repairing from the workout. You will probably experience this everytime you go up a level. It's a great workout!

How does muscle weigh more than fat? A pound of weight is a pound of weight.

Try not to look at the scales everyday! Its probably water weight :) Give it a couple days before hopping on the scale again

Stop looking at the scale and start looking in the mirror, you're more than likely just gaining muscle but I bet that you're looking better :)

You have to wait till the end and then you will see:) I am sure you will lose some inches. Just don´t give up:)

I had the same thing happen to me last week. It is water retention from the workouts breaking down muscles that you probably don't use that often. Keep at it but don't forget to take a rest day. I'm on day 6 and it does get better.
