with my Fitbit and Aria wifi scale.
These three websites and 2 "gadgets" have been the reason for my success so far, without a doubt.1 -
I use
Earndit- gives me points for my workout and then I get great deals on things (check it out always different)
BodyMedia- I have the core armband
MFP- Food and Friends
those are about it for me, I try to keep it simple and fun0 -
