Body fat down to normal range!

So, yesterday I had a weigh in with my PT.

My first and last one was 7 weeks ago and I was 66kg (145.5lbs) and had a BF of 36.7%

I've lost 2.5kg (5.5lbs) and 5.2% body fat :-)

    GREAT JOB! Will you share what has worked best for you over the past weeks to reduce that body fat? This is what I'm struggling with. I do cardio but I read I need to do more weights. Which worked for you (or a mixture of both and how much?)

    My exercise schedule was:
    Monday: 30mins BoxFit + 2 mile walk
    Tuesday: 2 mile walk
    Wednesday: 45mins Pilates + 2 mile walk
    Thursday: 2 mile walk
    Friday: 20-30mins cardio + a mixture of weight exercises (10kg) + 2 mile walk
    Saturday: 20-30mins cardio + a mixture of weight exercises (10kg) + 2 mile walk
    Sunday: 20-30mins cardio + a mixture of weight exercises (10kg) + 2 mile walk

    As of this week I'll also be adding 1hr of kickboxing to my Wednesdays.
