    I did 200 in total 50 of each with arms forward and 50 of each with arms to the side. I took a couple second break when I hit 50 of each type to stretch. My arms are a little sore, but a good sore : )

    50 circles to the side going forward, then 50 going backward, 50 going forward, 50 going backward.
    Arms are a little achey, but feeling good!

    Done 15 small medium large circles forward and backwards and front
    10 small medium large circles forward backwards and front with 2lb weights

    Done! Did 125 more same pattern

    I started easy with 25 small circles in front of my body
    Worked my way for 25 small circles to the side
    Then i did 25 large circles to the sides
    I grabbed my 3lb dumbbells for 25 small circles to the sides
    then finished with 25 easy small circles in front of my body!

    250 arm circles done for me today!

    Done - did 50 small ones forward, 50 larger ones backward, 50 small ones to the front with 3 lb dumbbells, 50 small ones to the back (learned my lesson by then). Great idea, thanks for posting it.:drinker:
