Mongolian Grill?

I am going out to eat at Mongolian Grill with the family today. How can I keep the meal healthy?

    I LOVE the Mongolie Grill! It's actually pretty easy to keep it healthy while eating there. First load your bowl with veggies, then pick a decent portion of lean meat or seafood and use low cal sauce. Another easy way to cut out some calories is to leave out the rice or just take a tiny but if you really want it. Good luck and enjoy for me too.

    some pointers I got was to order what I want to eat but drink between bites, start with a salad and stop as soon as my body is telling me that its full......drinking and conversation in the middle of eating fills you up and a salad before dinner also makes you less hungry for the full course......
