Food Help!

I'm new to all of this. I am not trying to "lose weight" I am trying to gain muscle and tone/tighten everything back up! I'm not sure what kind of high protien foods I need to eat or what not to eat! Any advice with this would be greatly appreciated!

    Any meat is ok, all depends how much fat you require in your diet though.

    Greek Yogurt is high in protein as well. I think it has roughly 14 g protein. I eat the Chobani brand.
