Weight lifting

In the work out tracking portion they count calories for cardio but there is no tracking for weight lifting. How can I calculate the other half of my daily workout?

    There is weightlifting under cardio, just not specific exercises...

    I see it but I don't know how accurate it is.

    What I do is I think of how many.minutes I was actually pushing the weight instead if how long I was there...
