I have a Polar FT7 I spent a little more money than I intended but I don't regret it. I love it. Just be sure to program your age, weight and hight into the watch so you get more accurate data.

I have a Timex. It works just fine. Never had any problems with it in over a year.

I did some research when purchasing mine and I decided to go with a Polar HRM. Mine is the Polar FT7 and i love it. Best thing I ever purchased (besides my food scale lol) . GL

I have a Polar FT60 I paid well over $100 for. I recently bought a Polar H7 heart rate monitor strap and use the Digifit app on my iPod. It connects through Bluetooth and you only need to purchase the H7 strap, $63.79 at Amazon, and get the Digifit app. You would need to pay to upgrade the app, either $2.99 for syncing with your H7 or $7.99 to unlock everything. I paid the $7.99 and have my Digifit app synced to Fitbit, then my Fitbit is synced to myfitnesspal. The Digifit can be synced to MFP if you don't have a Fitbit. The app and H7 work on iPod, iPad, and smart phones. I would suggest that whatever you decide on make sure to use a chest strap, they are much more accurate.

I have a garmin FR60. I love it. I hear the polars are really good too! When you decide, make sure you go to amazon. They have the best prices by far! Good luck!
  • Thanks everyone. I'm going to get a polar FT7F HRM. :)
