30DS success stories?

So, I used to regurlaly visit this site a few months back but, unfortunately, became unmotivated to continue. Recently, I've been thinking about getting back into the swing of things and, well, here I am! :flowerforyou: I have multiple reasons for wanting to get fit, but all in all I just want to be healthy and happy with my body. But a flatter tummy and back would definitely be the cherry on top. So, I've decided I'm going to try the 30DS, I've heard it has very nice results but I was wondering if I could see some of yours! Thanks in advanced.

If you look at my ticker at the bottom of this message, those are my results after each level of 30 DS. Lost 7 inches from my waist alone.0

My results are below.Like many I bought my first Jillian DVD 30 DS after seeing the before and after results on this site. I thought how bad could it be? lol. After 3 days I was so sore *and* felt such a difference I bought Ripped In 30 and completed that shortly after 30 DS. I'm currently doing 6 Week 6 Pack now, although I'm also training for a half-marathon, so it's taking a while to complete. I'll probably go back to 30 DS after 6W6P. Anyway, I love all of Jillian's DVDs and you'll see great results in only 20 minutes a day. Don't forget to take before and after pics...I had to look a while for a before pic.

That is awesome! I am apple shaped and getting rid of inches from the waist would be so helpful. I'm going to start it this week. Question: Did you strictly do the 20" workout from the DVD, plus the cool down, etc or did you incorporate another form of exercise too?0 -

I just finished 30DS yesterday and lost 8.4 lbs and a total of 17 inches! i did a lot of the modified moves though. I plan on restarting today going from3lb weights to 5 lb weights and not doing any modified moves.0

I start day 1 level 3 today.
level 1 I lost 1.9 pounds and 14 inches (2 just from my muffin top)
level 2 I lost 1.1 pound and 5.75 inches (1 from my muffin top)0 -

During 30 DS I only did that as a workout. I'm currently doing Ripped in 30 and have incorporated interval jogging and walking as well.0 -
