Fiber

Is there a such thing as to much Fiber? I tend to almost double what MFP tells me. Same with Protein. I was just wondering.

  • Well, too much fibre can have effects on your bowel movement, same with protein... Ever heard about protein farts? No? I'd recommend a gas mask ;) However, honestly, it's great that you eat so much fibre and protein. Fibre is great for keeping your stomach working, and protein is the staple in order to actually buildmuscle and lose fat!

    I eat 30-50 grams of fiber daily and no problems here :smile:

    Okay I have no problems really either. I have read you should drink more water to help digest it better. Thanks Guys!
