    Bad weekend for me...I had too much fun with friends and family. But today is a new day. Got in Day 2 of Level 3; 30DS and 2.25 miles run/walk on the treadmll so total of 60 minutes exercise for me.

    Friday weigh in was fine but I overdid this weekend and also TOM as well. Hope I can get back down by this Friday. Back on track today with running 5 miles and keeping in check with calories and water as well.

    I think it's funny how we are all headed into TOM this week... :laugh: OK, maybe not so funny, if you are anything like me. :grumble:

    Like others, this weekend had it's highs and lows for me, calorie-wise. But for the most part, I kept up with my water. And I'm back on the Shred. Even tonight, I didn't do it until 8:45 p.m., but I did it. :drinker: :bigsmile: :yawn:

    Almost looking forward to getting back to the workday routine, a little easier to keep food in check. Have a good week everyone!

    Shannarose-- Youre 4th sounds like mine! I ran for 50 minutes and even did a few arm exercises with weights.
    Then I went to 5 different parties.. and probably consumed 5x as many calories as I should have!:embarassed:

    At least we exercised our hearts and our lungs and muscles. PLUS-- I truly believe that I would have eaten that much food REGARDLESS of if I had exercised, so I am still very glad I did!

    I am excited for this weeks challenge. I find myself REALLY planning meals in order to get the 5 servings in. Then once I have them, I naturally have to cut back on grains in order to keep my calorie count down. So all in all its a GREAT goal.:bigsmile:

    AND WHO IS TOM? Are you ladies all talking about your period? Is period a bad word? :noway: I should say not!

    happy tuesdays all

    im feeling the effects of yesterdays overeating i feel way too sleepy than what is good always a bad sign but i have been on the step for an hour so far and plan on doing at least 2hrs more various exercises on there later
    so far 3 glasses water and it early i may be ok for that today lol

    Hey guys... bad news... my internets down so I have only been able to be on here on my phone which I can't stand... anyone interested in taking over chart duties for the next couple weeks? If you message me I can email you the chart I have made all you would do is plug in the numbers from last week. I will be leaving friday for vacation so won't be here for two fridays anyway. Its too hard to go from phone to chart trying to update :C

    Anyone wants too just message me! Ill send it over as soon as I get it.

    Besides that I had a horrible yesterday. I need to get back on track today. I did like nothing right. I guess I didn't over eat I just ate unhealthy and drank a bunch of diet soda which I never do... so idk why I did that. I am feeling stressed about unexpected things I need to do this week (it was suposed to be a week of nothing) and turned into stuff every day to do and then my stupid interent. no excuses. drinking a class of water then off to run my 4 miles.

    hope you all are doing better than i am!

    i'll volunteer to post the chart if no one else wants too. anneelise - i'll message you to get it figured out.

    had a better day yesterday - almost happy to be back at work and on schedule today - easier to stay on top of my food & exercise. ended up skipping spinning last night to see some friends who unexpectedly stopped through town, but still got in the 30 day shred and a massive cleaning spree, about 200 under on calories too. Plus 12 glasses of water & 6 serving of fruit/veggies :)

    Did 40 min stationary bike this morning and on water #5!

    Got my 30DS in last night, plus 2.25 miles on the treadmill. 69 minutes total.
    Water...blah blah
    Fruit/Veggies- 2 servings

    Well i just got back on MFP from the long weekend! Had a great one and even lost .5 lbs! lol! Well on to drink # 3 today and I will work out after work! Already have 1 1/2 servings of fruits and veggies under my belt too! Good luck today ladies!! :drinker:

    Hey everyone Keep up the great work! I had an awful weekend was gone for a mini vacation and found it very difficult to stick to my nutrition and workout schedule. So Start of a new week I turn 27 today and am ready to get back to it. I did my workout and 8 glasses of water yesterday and heading back to the gym in a little bit here just wanted to check in and say good luck to everyone!

    Good Afternoon Little losers,

    Feels great to be doing the 2nd week challenge. I have already met my water and exercise (power 90 sweat 3/4) for the day and three servings of veg/fruit. Will get my other two servings at dinner.

    Hey girls-

    Did well yesterday with calories and water intake... doing well so far today too. Even got up at 6am for a early morning run. Today is the hottest day here in the last 10 years :noway:

    happy wednesday all
    my kids summer gala today at school should be fun and expensive lol

    so far done 3 cups water and ill be getting more in as its warm out so thirsty work out in sun
    i have to collect and move 15 old tyres from one place put them in car drive to new place and then unload and put them into the garden for a tyre rockery project school has me on will it count as exercise and if it does what will it be under hoping it does as it must burn off some calories doing that

    Water: glass # 2 right now and shooting for 10 today. I have been a little dehydrated lately.
    Fruits/Veggies: 2 servings so far
    Workout: Tonight I am planning on the 30 day shred.

    good morning!

    did well yesterday - ended up about 200 calories under and got 8 glasses of water and 6 servings of fruit & veggies, plus a 45 mini stationary bike workout. REALLY pushing this week to get a loss and break 150 this week!

    today i did shred level 2 day 9, and will go to spinning class tonight. already on water #4 - might struggle with veggies today. REALLY need to get to the store!

    Doing much better so far this week, been able to get my 8 glasses in just about every day (one day I only got 7) and the fruits and veggies I have really been on top of! I exercised last night and the night before for 40min on my treadmill and got a great calorie burn.......now that TOM is gone maybe I can get rid of that 1lb gain from last week......that scale better be good to me on Friday!

    Starting the week of slow...

    Tried the KnockOut Workout "Lightweight" last night and decided I need to do the "heavyweight" workout instead. 30 minutes.

    Went to the Eclipse movie with a friend.

    Today will be better!

    Alittle back ground on me and my goals. I was trying to lose 10 pounds to get to my happy weight. I was not getting anywhere with it no matter how hard I tried. So, I really switched things up. I started Power 90 and I am on day 37. I also started the South Beach diet. I am on phase two now. I lost 5 pounds in about 5 weeks. I finally pushed throught that plateau!! I have another 5 pounds to go!!! I was on another thread that really helped keep me motivated but it has kinda thinned out...July 15th was our goal date. So, I am on this one to achieve my final goal and hopefully maintain the weight. Sometimes that is just as hard as losing!!! Also my real goal is to be fit and healthy for my wedding 10-10-10!!! That is the real motivation behind all this...I want to look just right in my dress and want to wear nice clothes for my honeymoon in Spain and Italy!!! So I am here for the long run.

    I love the weekly goals -

    I was able to reach the goals yesterday ...I will try hard to reach them to day!

    exercise yup 1hr walking round supermarket and summer gala at kids school also lifting tyres out car and lugging them around to new place so school can build a tyre rockery by school meaning parents which then means silly me will be stuck with it but i guess it will be fun

    veggies/fruit yesh i am enjoying 3 portions now of blackberries strawberries and plums yummy

    hope you all had a good day lobster im here for the long haul 2 i need that daily boot up the behind to keep me motivated
  • i do my water, veggies, and workouts...i still eat/drink too much....don't think i will see a difference this week...going full force starting today!:drinker:

    hi there!

    today i finished level 2 of the 30 day shred this morning, then did spinning tonight! 79 total minutes of exercise - i'm wiped!

    downed 15 glasses of water & 4 servings of fruits & veggies. REALLY need to get to the store and buy some more fresh produce.
    tomorrow i'm planning on doing an elliptical workout in the morning & drinking lots of water in preparation for the big weigh in on friday!

    Yesterday, was ok for me. Got my 9 glasses of water. Exercise was an hour playing in the pool with my kids, will have to do. Fruits are no problem, veggies could use a little work. That will be my goal today, and tomorrow, and the next day. :tongue:
